On the Company projects page, you can view and manage all projects that belong to the company. From this page, you can:
See a list of all company projects
Join projects you are not currently part of
Archive and restore projects
Delete projects
Create new projects
Search for specific projects
Filter projects by status
Change project leader
Each company project list is displayed with the following information:
Project name
Project leader
Start date / End date
Progress (shown as a percentage)
Your role in the project
You can sort the list by pressing on the title you want it to be sorted by.
Project Visibility
On your Project Dashboard, you will only see projects that you have joined.
If you have access to Cross-project, you will be able to see all projects across the companies you are part of even if you have not joined all projects, but will only be able to edit tasks in projects you have joined.
Join a project
Hover your mouse over the Project role column for the project.
A 'Join project' button will appear.
Click Join project to add yourself to the project.
Your role in the project will depend on your company role.
Company admins will be added as Project admins
Company members will be added as Project members
Archive, restore and delete projects
Hover the mouse over the project, to activate the three dots to the right of the project.
Create a new project
Search and filter on projects
Changing the Project leader
Only if you are Company owner/admin or the Project leader
The new Project leader will receive an email of the change.
The old Project leader will not receive an email about the change.
