If someone reports a problem on a project you manage or a task you are responsible for, you will receive an email immediately about the issue.
You can reply directly from the email by clicking “Send a reply”. The email will automatically take you to the correct task in Geniebelt.
You can disable this option in your profile settings. Problems will still be visible in beats and in the daily summaries.
We do not recommend turning this option off, as these emails are critical for the project and your role in it.
