From the overview page, you can download a printable PDF project report showing what has happened within a defined timeframe.
The project report includes a summary of task progress, completions, delays, issues, and comments, as well as any photos or files uploaded during the selected time period.
You can include updates covering a period of 1 to 30 days. The report is designed primarily for 7-day reports, but you can select up to 30 days if there are not too many images in the chosen time period.
If you require more than 30 days of data, you can either generate multiple reports and merge the PDF files, or contact our support for a quote for larger reports. If you want to create a report for the entire project, we recommend using Cross-project.
First page of the report:
Includes your project image (if available), project name, report length, and project address if it has been added to Geniebelt.
Second page of the report:

The percentage of project completion is always calculated as of today’s date.
Tasks planned within the defined timeframe that are marked as “in progress” (green status). Including today’s date will also capture tasks that begin today, even if no progress has been made yet.
Milestones planned within the defined timeframe, including delayed, not started, awaiting sign-off and signed off.
Tasks marked as signed-off within the defined timeframe.
Tasks reported as completed and awaiting sign-off within the defined timeframe.
Number of tasks that were delayed within the defined timeframe.
Tasks reported as having a problem within the defined timeframe.
Tasks that had a file attachment added within the defined timeframe (admin feature).
Tasks and milestones that had photos or videos uploaded within the defined timeframe (excluding standalone photo/video updates, see below under "Include standalone photos and audit trail?").
Including an address will add a weather report for the selected days, displayed right after the summary.
Third page (and onwards) of the report:
Displays information about the tasks and milestones shown in the page 2 summary.
For milestones, it shows the planned completion date.
Tasks completed and signed off show who signed off the task and when.
Tasks completed and awaiting sign-off show the completion date and the persons responsible for the task.
Tasks delayed show how many days the tasks are overdue (calculated up to today’s date), their due date, and the person responsible. Therefore, the “Overdue by” column should only be used when generating a report up to today’s date, as it shows delayed tasks within the selected timeframe but calculates overdue status up to today.
Tasks with problems include the planned start and finish dates, number of days delayed, comments, photos, and the person who reported the problem.
The attached file displays who uploaded it, when it was uploaded, and the file name.
Photos uploaded during task updates will be shown as large images and will include key details such as progress percentage, who uploaded them, when they were uploaded, and any written comments.
Include standalone photos and audit trail?
Standalone photos are images uploaded without using the status update panel in the same update. These updates may include comments or no comments at all. On mobile devices, this can also include custom field updates that contain photos.
Select “Include pictures from comments" if you want to include "Standalone photos" (see page 12-13 in this included example)
All pictures will be displayed in large format, and there is a limit of 200 images per report. If you receive an error message, try generating the report for a shorter time period.
Select “Include audit trail” if you want to view the full audit trail as well. Comment photos will be shown as thumbnails only. (see page 13 in included example)
Deselect both if you do not want to include standalone photos.
Observe that all other pictures will be included in the report.
Will be the same as the second alternative above, except for audit trail pages (so page 1-12).
Note: If you encounter errors when generating reports, it is most likely due to one of the following:
There is a large amount of data for certain days within the selected time period, causing the browser to time out while generating the report. In this case, please try generating the report for a shorter time range.
You may have a PDF viewer browser plugin enabled. Please disable it and try again.
