What is recorded in the Audit trail?
All activities related to a task are automatically recorded in the Audit trail.
This includes changes to the task, progress updates, comments, attachments, and other activities, including who made the changes and when.
Deafult is you see the key updates (progress and problems).
If you like to see all updates, you need to press Show details.

Time stamps and time zones
The time stamps in the Audit trail are displayed according to your computer's local time zone.
This means that the same activity may show different times depending on where you are located.
Example: If a task is updated at 2:00 PM CEST in Paris, the same update will appear as 8:00 AM EDT for a user in New York.
The activity is recorded at the same moment, but the displayed time is automatically adjusted to each user's local time zone.
Can the Audit trail be deleted?
No. The Audit trail is a permanent record of the task's history.
Entries cannot be edited or deleted, ensuring that the history of activities and changes is preserved.
Note: The history is preserved even if a user is no longer part of the project or has been completely removed from Geniebelt. All previous activities performed by that user will remain visible in the Audit trail.
Print an Audit trail report
You can print a report of the Audit trail if you need to document or share the history of a task.
For instructions on how to generate and print the report, see this manual.
