In the Gantt chart and Table Editor, you can search for tasks by:

  • Task name.

  • Assigned.

  • Tags.

The search field is located in the top-right corner of the Gantt chart and Table Editor.

Note: The search includes task names, assignees, and tags. You cannot restrict the search to only assignees or tags.

You can choose to Match all or any of the words added.

Filter tasks by status

In the Gantt chart and Table Editor, you can also filter tasks based on their current status.

This allows you to focus on specific tasks, such as those that are delayed, in progress, or have reported problems.
