Each task in Geniebelt has a status icon and color that indicate its current status. This makes it easy to track progress and quickly identify tasks that are on schedule, delayed, or have reported problems.
Overview of task and milestones statuses
Tasks with reported progress between 1% and 99% display the progress percentage to the right side of the task.
The task bar is also partially filled with the corresponding status color to visually indicate how much of the task has been completed.
Not started – The task or milestone is scheduled for the future and has not yet started.
In progress – The task has started and progress is ahead of schedule.
Delayed – The task or milestone has not started as scheduled or its reported progress is behind schedule.
Problem – A problem has been reported on the task or milestone.
Completed and awaiting sign-off – The task or milestone has been reported as 100% complete and is awaiting approval.
Completed – The task or milestone has been signed off and verified by a project leader or administrator.
Filter by status
You can filter tasks by status to focus on specific tasks, such as those that are delayed or have reported problems.
