You can now manage tags at the company level, allowing for greater consistency and visibility across all projects. This feature enables company administrators to see how tags are used, create new tags, correct errors, merge tags, and more.
Accessing Company tags page
Navigate to the Company tab
Select the company you want to manage
Click Tags
Permissions: Only Company owner or Company admins can manage tags at the company level.
Tag usage statistics
You can see how many times a tag is used in total and in how many projects.
Sorting options
Click the title of the column you want to sort by.
Name
Projects used count
Task use count
Search
Quickly find a specific tag (e.g., “pre-start”).
Creating company tags
Marking an already existing tag as a Company tag will automatically move it to the top of the list.
When a tag is marked as a Company tag, it appears in the dropdown menu inside all project activities for that company.
This ensures consistent tagging across all projects.
Tags can also be created directly from the company overview.
Tags created at the company tags page are automatically set as Company tags and therefore appear in all project activities in the dropdown menu.
Editing tags
Misspelled tags can be corrected at the Company tag page.
Updates are applied across all projects simultaneously.
Merging Tags
Combine two or more tags into a single tag for clarity and consistency.
Deleting Tags
Deleting a tag removes it from all projects.
