To report on a task or milestone, find it in the project. You can see details of the task such as contact info of the assignees, dates, dependencies.

You can report progress, problem, request update, add comments or attach pictures all accessible in same view. The history of changes are available in Activities section on the bottom of the screen.

It is currently not possible to change assignee, dates or duration for a task on mobile.
